President Muhammadu Buhari will on Wednesday, July 29, pay a visit to Cameroon with one main topic on his card to discuss with his Cameroonian counterpart, Paul Biya: how to rein in the campaign of terror by Boko Haram.

“President Buhari is going to Cameroon on Wednesday. He will hold talks with President Biya on arrival on Wednesday and the issue of Boko Haram will be central in their discussion,” Special Adviser to the president on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina said.

Buhari, himself while delivering a speech at the United States Institute of Peace, Washington DC during his recent visit to the US, said, “Upon my return to Nigeria from the US, I shall visit Cameroon on the 29th of July to further strengthen our sub-regional efforts at countering terrorism.”
